What is private training?
Private training is a 60 minute personalized workout. My training focuses on sustainable training that will teach you how to maximize your time in the gym and keep you injury free. I provide a personalized workout plan for both the days we workout together and are apart. With intelligence and direction I will guide you through your fitness journey.
Nutritional support and guidance is provided and if you ever need help I am available by cell to answer any questions you might have when we are not working out together. Ultimately you will become a healthier and fitter version of yourself.
